Collective heat/cold supply
You live in a building where Vaanster provides the sustainable energy. There are two systems we can use to do this.
- We supply heat/cold via a WKO, using geothermal heat.
- Or we supply heat/cold via an EQw energy system and simply extract heat from the air.
Exploitation
The developer chose the energy system at the start of the project. Vaanster supervises the entire development and realisation of the project. We then operate the project for a period of 30 years. This means that during those 30 years, we ensure that the energy system runs optimally and supplies the connected homes with heat. Furthermore, the entire administrative and invoicing process lies with Vaanster.
Individual heat/cold supply
For individual homes, we have two solutions. A heat pump that uses geothermal heat via a ground loop and a heat pump that extracts heat from the air. Solar panels on the roof provide most of the power for the heat pumps.
