Who is responsible for the system in my home?

Go to www.vaanster.nl and enter the zip code and house number at the top. Then you will be redirected to the web page belonging to the entered zip code. There is an image there showing the ownership boundary of all equipment in the home.

The ownership boundary indicates which parts Vaanster operates, maintains, and possibly replaces. The other components are owned by the homeowner, who is therefore also responsible for maintenance and possible replacement. For owner-occupied houses, you yourself are the owner of the house. For rental properties, the landlord is the owner of the property.

We always recommend a maintenance contract for the indoor installation. This is the part of the installation that does not belong to Vaanster but to the homeowner.
