An empty office building at 225 Biesbosch has been demolished to make place for an 18-storey residential building with 276 rental flats with a number of shared cars. The plan consists of over 80% flats for the mid-rent segment. The intended target groups are young people, people moving on, as well as older people who want to live smaller. The developer is building a sustainable residential tower.
The new residential tower will soon be easily accessible by public transport. The recently renovated public transport stop is within walking distance. The developer will provide a number of electric shared cars, therefore there are less parking spaces needed.
