How can I report my relocation?

If you are moving out, you can easily inform Vaanster through the website. We do ask you to give us the meter readings from the date you turn in the home key, even if you have a smart meter.We understand that it is a busy time, you can also do this a few days later. This is because there is no termination notice period, so you can give a date which was in the past. After reporting your relocation, within six weeks you will receive your final bill. If you can't provide a meter reading, keep in mind that it may take a little longer.

When you pass on your move, we will ask you for the following information:

  • Date of key transfer
  • Final meter reading
  • Customer number
  • Connection address
  • Correspondence address
