All Vaanster customers pay a monthly advance invoice, as is customary for purchasing energy. You pay an advance invoice for the following month. The first month in your new home, you will receive two advance bills, one for the current month and one for the following month. After that, you will receive a single advance payment invoice for the following month.
Practical tips for underfloor heating
With underfloor heating, keep in mind: The system provides an even temperature throughout the home day and night. Heating by underfloor heating is slower than with traditional radiators. We, therefore, recommend that you do not lower the temperature at night or when you leave home for a short time.
The pipe of the underfloor heating is just under your floor. Be careful when drilling and screwing into the floor so that no pipe is hit. A leaky pipe means a major repair. Not all types of floor finish are suitable for underfloor heating. In general, stone floors give the best results. With fabric or wood flooring, the heat and cold release to your home will decrease depending on the resistance of the chosen finish. We recommend that you be well informed by experts before choosing a floor finish. For optimal operation of the underfloor heating, there must be sufficient floor space available. We recommend that you keep at least 40% of the floor area free of furniture.
